The primary ones are design services and construction, but there are numerous others to deal with, too, like testing services, vendors for telecommunications, furniture, audio/visual setups, data and networking systems, food services, signage, and moving, just to name a few. Then there are the landlord, local and state regulatory boards and agencies, who will have a lot to say about what you can and can't do. As your representative, I work to manage these relationships, protecting and enhancing your interests throughout the course of your building project.
